One Marriage tilts the city- Chapter 12

 When the doorbell rang, I smiled and opened the door. But when I saw Fang Yin's handsome face, my heart skipped a beat. My smile froze on my face.

He... Why did he come to my house all of a sudden? And he's here as a guest!

How would I explain myself if I let the cat out of the bag in front of the Ling family?

I welcomed him with mixed feelings. I tried my best to show Ling Feng that I didn't know Fang Yin.

Sitting at the dining table, I greeted him awkwardly. "I don't have anything good to serve you at home. Please don't be offended."

Fang Yin smiled mysteriously. His eyes met mine, his gaze deep. "Compared to the delicacies outside, I prefer home-cooked food. It's easy to satisfy me."

Since this was the person I was having an affair with, my instincts told me that his words had a double meaning. My heart tightened and I couldn't help but look at Ling Feng. He was calm. " Mom went to Xue 'er's house today. She might stay there for two days. Honey, Mr Fang has a lot of things to do every day. He must be hungry."

When I heard that, I got up to get some rice. When I was done, I sat down on the chair. Fang Yin was sitting at the table next to mine. Then I felt a cold sensation on my thigh. A pair of large hands were covering it.

My heart trembled. I gritted my teeth and looked at Ling Feng without batting an eyelid. He was happily putting food into Fang Yin's bowl. The hand on my leg continued to move inwards. My heart was racing and my cheeks were burning. The rice I had just pushed into my mouth was stuck in my throat.

I couldn't eat this awkward meal. I put my chopsticks down on the table and wiped my mouth with a napkin. "I feel nauseous. Enjoy your meal."

I said this to disgust Fang Yin. I didn't expect Fang Yin to frown and ask, "Do you have any other symptoms? Like lethargy?"

As soon as he finished speaking, Ling Feng suddenly raised his head. Something was wrong with his eyes. In his astonishment, there was a hint of curiosity.

I was confused. Ling Feng and I hadn't done anything for almost two months. If he really won the bid, it would be hard to find out who the child belonged to. Besides, I had shown Ling Feng too much lately. I didn't know what he would think.

When I thought about it, I couldn't calm down at all. I shook my head and said, "Maybe I ate something bad. The season has changed recently and people with low immune systems can't escape the cold.

Ling Feng put down the bowl and chopsticks. "The medicine at home has been stored for a while. I'll go and buy some for you. If you really don't feel well, I'll take you to the hospital."

Seeing his attitude, I felt even more sorry for him.

The corners of Fang Yin's mouth twitched and his eyes looked mocking. "I didn't know you loved your wife so much."

I stood up and went to the bathroom. As soon as I heaved a sigh of relief, the bathroom door was pushed open. Fang Yin entered the bathroom with a teasing smile on his face. He hugged me from behind and rested his head on my shoulder. He whispered in my ear, "The moment you cut off my contact, you should have known that no matter what method you used, I would reappear before you."

Evil energy slowly seeped out of his body and into mine. I felt like a poisonous snake wrapped around me and cold sweat ran down my back.

His hand entered my waist and moved slowly upwards. Layers of his aura washed over me. I was trapped in his embrace and couldn't escape.
