One Marriage tilts the city- Chapter 18

My married life with Ling Feng ended quietly. The next day, while I was packing my bags, Lin Keke suddenly appeared. She looked very happy.

I was holding the marriage certificate in my hand. When Lin Keke came in, she clicked her tongue. She looked sorry, but she was actually mocking me. "You and my cousin were together for so many years, but in the end you broke up with just a divorce agreement."

I guessed that she had heard the news from Ling Feng.

I hadn't expected this woman, who was in hospital with a bad cold a few days ago, to come and mock me today.

I smiled. "It's still better than unrequited love and three generations of close relatives who can't get married!"

Her face grimaced, as if she had just eaten a fly that had crawled onto a pile of fresh dung.

"Yu Moxin, you're no longer my cousin-in-law. I won't tolerate you like before."

Faced with such a childish and boring trick, I couldn't bring myself to argue with her. I packed my things and left. Before I left, Lin Keke waved goodbye like a hostess and told me to be careful on the road. The joy in her eyes was incomparably mocking.

After thinking about it, I still felt there was something wrong with her. After staying with me that night, she had started to get close to Ling Feng.

I shook my head and pushed the things that no longer concerned me to the back of my mind. I rented a small house near my school and started a new life.

The day I went to the Civil affairs bureau to get a divorce, I came out with a heavy heart. Then Fang Yin caught me.

He was leaning against the car and looking at me with a faint smile. Ling Feng was right behind me. Fang Yin made no secret of his love for me.

"Finally, you're divorced. From now on, just follow me. I'll take care of you."

He walked over to me and took my hand. He brought it to his lips and planted a kiss on the back of my hand.

I felt a sharp look behind me. I immediately broke into a cold sweat.

Fang Yin could tell that something was wrong with me. He took the opportunity to take another step forward. The distance between us became even more intimate. "I told you that he gave you to me a long time ago, but you didn't believe me. You don't need to be so sad. It was only a matter of time before you two get divorced. "

I raised my hand to hit him, but my hand was caught in the air by him. In front of Ling Feng, he pulled me into an embrace and patted my back.

"I will love you very much in the future."

As I struggled, I looked at Ling Feng. He lit a cigarette and turned to leave.

At that moment, I realised that we had nothing to do with each other anymore. Even if I made out with another man in front of him, he wouldn't bat an eyelid.

My heart ached and I hugged Fang Yin. Tears welled up in my eyes.

The marriage I had worked so hard to build and considered my life was actually so fragile.

Fang Yin seemed to be in a good mood that day. He took me to the nearby food street. Every now and then he opened his mouth like a child. "Feed me."

I frowned and stuffed food into his mouth in disgust. "I should feed you? Shouldn't you call me mum?"

He narrowed his eyes. "Do you think I won't torture you until tomorrow? You won't even be able to get out of bed."

As he said this, I suddenly remembered that I had a baby in my belly. The food tasted different and it was hard to swallow. I looked down. "I want to go home."
