One Marriage tilts the city Chapter 26

Time flew as I was lost in my thoughts. When I came to, my mother had returned to the hospital.

My mother looked better. Maybe it was because she had slept well. She had also changed her clothes. She looked neat and tidy.

Her heart ached for me. She took my hand and said with pity, "Momo, are you tired? You should go home and rest. I'll take care of this place. "

"I'm fine. Mum, I'm going home now. If anything happens, call me right away. "

I stood up and looked at my father who was still in a coma. I sighed and took the cheque with Fang Yin's signature out of my pocket. I handed it to my mother.

"Right, this is the money I borrowed from someone. You can spend it as much as you want, as long as your father gets better."

When she saw the number on the cheque, my mother's eyes widened. She stammered, "Two... Two million? Momo, where did you get so much money? "

My heart sank. I explained vaguely, "I borrowed it from my boyfriend. He's rich, so I don't have to pay him back. Mum, don't ask so many questions. Dad's health is more important now. We can pay him back later. "

"That's fine. Thanks for your hard work, Momo."

When I saw that my mother didn't ask any more questions, I breathed a sigh of relief. Then I reluctantly left the hospital and called a taxi to take me back to Fang Yin's place.

As soon as I opened the door, I saw Fang Yin dressed in casual clothes. He was sitting on the sofa reading a newspaper.

I couldn't help but fall into a trance when I saw his perfect profile and focused eyes.

When he heard the noise, Fang Yin turned around. When he saw me, he smiled. His smile was like shining stars, dazzling me.

He put down the newspaper in his hand and took a few steps to stand in front of me. He took my hand gently and led me to the dining table. Then he carefully pulled out a chair for me. After I sat down, he pushed the chair back and sat down next to me.

The whole time I felt dizzy. I couldn't believe my eyes and looked at him. I thought I was dreaming.

Recently, Fang Yin and I were like fire and water. Why was he so different today? Why was he so considerate and attentive to me?

"Come, let's eat. I made dinner myself today."

Fang Yin opened the lid to reveal four dishes and a soup, still steaming.

"You... you made this?"

I looked at the dishes and found that they were all my favourite dishes. Immediately, a complicated feeling arose in my heart.

Why would he do that?

"Yes, I made them especially for you."

Fang Yin nodded. She took some food and put it in my bowl. I felt anxious. I looked at her and felt flattered. Then I took a quick bite.

The taste was not very good, but for Fang Yin, who did not do any chores, it could be called a miracle.

As I thought about how Fang Yin had cooked for me, my heart began to beat faster.

I turned to look at Fang Yin, who had an expectant expression on his face. I suddenly felt that it wasn't bad for him to be like that. Except that he was a bit more ruthless in the aspect of love, completely disregarding my feelings.

But apart from that, he had almost no faults.

His looks were outstanding, his skills were excellent, not to mention his illustrious family background.

It wasn't an exaggeration to say that Fang Yin was the prince every woman dreamed of. He was worthy of the countless women who fought for him to the point of breaking their heads and bleeding.

But would such an excellent man like me?
